ACC is hosting the Root Beer 5k run on September 12th at 8 am! We are fundraising for student supplies at Avon Elementary School. Let’s gather our families and show our community how ACC can come together and support our local students! ​​This Sunday, July 12th, join us as we transform ACC into the Alaskan Wilderness for VBS. We will meet in the Family Center right after the service. All ages are welcome to help spread our decorations throughout the building. If you took a prop kit home, be sure to return it by Sunday.

Let's train together! With the Root Beer Run just over 2 months away, Rebecca Pierskalla has created a 10-week Run Your Race & Find Your Joy plan. If you have never participated in a 5K before, this training is for you. We will train not only the body, but the heart, mind, and spirit. Please reach out to Rebecca at rebecca.pierskalla@gmail.com to register. You will then receive the class calendar and weekly devotional.
 

If you missed the spiritual gifts class that was held in June, RightNow Media has some great studies regarding spiritual giftedness. They are listed on the ACC landing page; be sure to check them out. Also, under the Sermon channel, the Mark Seeing Jesus Clearly series is the place to find all sermons, discussion questions, and bonus content in one easy location. We encourage you to check this out if you want to dig into what Pastor Dave is teaching from the pulpit each week.
 

Men's Inc. event: Kayaking on the Mississippi
On August 2nd, men will meet at ACC between 10:30 and 11:00 am. It is $40 if you bring your own kayak/canoe, or up to $80 if you rent one. Each participant will need to sign a waiver in person.
